Pasifika Cultural Competency
Pasifika people in New Zealand is a growing population, with many cultural norms, values and customs. As this population grows in our communities and workforce, it is important to have the cultural competence to effectively engage with Pasifika people.
This interactive course digs deep into what it means to be Pasifika, understanding the cultural norms, values and customs to effectively engage, include and build Pasifika in your teams to increase performance and productivity, as well as build genuine relationships and loyalty from your Pasifika team members.
The price for this course is $865 or $15,000 for a group of up to 20. The duration of this course is a full day.
