Leadership Training
& Team Development Programmes

Our leadership programmes combine proven western methods with cultural intelligence to strengthen communication, boost performance, and lead with confidence in today’s diverse workforce. We also provide team development programmes that build cohesion, accountability, and deliver practical tools for immediate business results.
Work Ready Programmes
Puatala delivers work-ready programmes that prepare jobseekers with the skills, confidence, and behaviours needed for the workforce. Through practical training and targeted support, participants build strong work habits, communication skills, and a workplace-ready mindset to step into employment with confidence.
Secondary School Programmes
Puatala provides students with real-world exposure through hands-on, diverse work experience placements and immersive learning days that build confidence and practical skills. Optional NCEA-accredited Unit Standards provide additional support, to ensure students meet NCEA requirements. Students will gain industry insight and clear pathways into further education, training, or employment.
