All jobs, whether you are working in trades or working in an office, requires you to have good level of customer service skills.
This fun and interactive half day workshop is designed to get your staff communicating professionally and confidentially over the phone, face-to-face and via email.
Participants will learn the art of great communication and go away with strategies to effectively communicate with customers, build rapport, provide a great customer service every time, build loyal and repeat business, and learn how to handle customer issues and complaints, even the most difficult ones. Staff will also learn proper communication etiquette.
The price for this course is $347 or $5,800 for a group of up to 20. The duration of this course is a full day.
