This fun and interactive half day workshop is designed to get your staff communicating professionally and confidentially over the phone, face-to-face and via email.
Participants will learn the art of great communication and go away with strategies to effectively communicate with customers, build rapport, provide a great customer service every time, build loyal and repeat business, and learn how to handle customer issues and complaints, even the most difficult ones. Staff will also learn proper communication etiquette.
