This practical workshop equips you with the foundational skills and tools to become more self-aware, resilient, adapt quickly to change, and embrace learning to confidently take charge of your life and career.

• Currently on MSD Job Seeker Benefit
• Currently not in employment, education, or training
• NZ citizens or permanent resident
